Fort Lewis Wins RMAC Women's Soccer
Tournament
DENVER, Colo. - November 4, 2007 - For the
second year in a row, Fort Lewis College won the Rocky Mountain
Athletic Conference women's soccer tournament championship.
The Skyhawks defeated CSU-Pueblo, 2-0, Sunday afternoon in Denver,
Colo. to claim the tournament crown. The win for the Skyhawks
(14-4-3) gives them an automatic berth to the NCAA Midwest Regional
First Round. The six-team NCAA Midwest Regional tournament
field will be announced Monday afternoon on http://www.ncaasports.com/.
