St. Joseph, Mo. -- Sixth seed Fort Lewis will face No. 15 Emporia State Friday night, March 26, at the Civic Arena in St. Joseph, Mo. Tip off is slated for 6 p.m. (MT).

In quarterfinal action, Fort Lewis defeated No. 13 Seattle Pacific, 68-59 while Emporia State defeated No. 3 Michigan Tech, 91-85. The Skyhawks then defeated No. 2 Franklin Pierce, 79-64, while ESU handed No. 1 Gannon their first loss of the season, 97-94 in overtime.
The Skyhawks are the 16th team in the last 25 years from the Central Region (previously North Central Region) to play in the NCAA title game.
