Alabama-Huntsville Takes Top Spot in NFCA Division II Preseason Top 25 Poll
STARKVILLE, Miss. - After finishing second at last year's NCAA Division II National Softball Championship, the Chargers of Alabama-Huntsville were picked as the No. 1 team in the NFCA Division II Top 25 Preseason Poll.
The NFCA Division II Top 25 is voted on by 16 NCAA Division II head coaches, two representing each of the eight NCAA regions. Final 2009 records are shown. First-place votes are in parentheses.
The first 2010 regular season poll will be released on Wednesday, March 3.
