National Association of Basketball Coaches
NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Rankings
2009-10 Rankings - Feb. 16, 2010 (Ranking #12)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The top three spots remained the same this week in the new NABC/Division II coaches poll, although changes appear to be on the horizon after Southern Indiana's loss Monday night to Kentucky Wesleyan.

Arkansas Tech, the last remaining unbeaten team in NCAA Division II, retains the top spot this week with Southern Indiana still second and Central Missouri third.  The Screaming Eagles' loss to Kentucky Wesleyan - this week's sixth-ranked team - didn't factor into this week's rankings as only the games through Sunday are considered.  The two teams that followed Central Missouri, Valdosta State and Augusta State, also moved up this week as did Kentucky Wesleyan to No. 6.

Minnesota State dropped three spots to No. 7 after a loss to a St. Cloud State team that entered the rankings this week at No. 20, then comes Indiana (Pa.), Midwestern State and Bentley.

The second ten is led by Seattle Pacific, with a tie at No. 12 coming next with Florida Southern and Fort Hays State.  West Liberty moves up six spots to No. 14 this week and Mesa State falling six spots to No. 15.  The next five places in the rankings are led by two of the current co-leaders in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference's East Division  - Kutztown and East Stroudsburg, with Rollins, Augustana and poll newcomer St. Cloud State rounding out the top 20.

The final five teams in this week's rankings are Western Washington, Stonehill, Georgia College & State and two more newcomers, St. Augustine's and Central Oklahoma.

The NCAA will release its new weekly regional ranking on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
