Daktronics All-Central Region Teams Announced
DENVER, Colo. - Led by Central Region Player of the Year Mike Dominguez, the 2010 Daktronics All-Central Region team was released on Wednesday as 10 players from nine different schools made up the two teams. Seven of the players come from teams that qualified for this coming weekend’s NCAA Central Region Tournament in Mankato, Minn.
The team is sponsored by Daktronics, Inc., an acknowledged world leader in scoring, timing and programmable display systems for virtually every sport at every level of competition. The team is voted on by the members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) from the Central Region, made up of 32 men’s basketball playing institutions in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

Dominguez, a 6-foot-3 senior guard from Santa Fe,
N.M., led Mesa State to the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Central
Region Tournament, averaging 21.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.5
assists, while shooting 53.5 percent from the floor and 47.2
percent from the outside. He was also named RMAC Player of the
Year.
