PUEBLO, Colo. (May 8, 2009) - Colorado State University-Pueblo Director of Athletics, Joe Folda, has announced that CSU-Pueblo men's golf coach, Ray Makloski, and women's golf coach, Josh Hartman, have each turned in their resignations.

Makloski is resigning his post to spend more time coaching his son, who is entering his high school golf career. In Makloski's three seasons, he led the ThunderWolves to regional berths all three years, and tutored former-ThunderWolf, Andrew Hedrick, to an all-American berth in 2007.

Hartman, the only coach in the history of the ThunderWolves' women's golf program, took over the program at its inception in 2005.  He helped establish the foundation of the program as it sought to become one of the top program's in the RMAC.  Hartman is resigning to pursue other career options.

"Ray has done wonderful things with our golf program and has helped to make it one of the top programs in the RMAC," Folda said.  "We also appreciate everything that Josh has done in building our women's golf program from the ground up," Folda said.  "As they both begin new chapters in their life, we wish them the best of luck."

A search has already begin for their replacements.
