2008 All-RMAC Women's Golf Team

2007-08 RMAC Women's Golfer of the Year: Tina Bickford, Western N.M.	2007-08 RMAC Women's Freshman of the Year: Carissa Schwalm, Western N.M.	2007-08 RMAC Women's Coach of the Year: Butch Miller, Mesa State

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- April 23, 2008 -- Western New Mexico teammates Tina Bickford and Carissa Schwalm are the 2007-08 RMAC Women's Golfer of the Year and the 2007-08 RMAC Freshman of the Year.  Bickford and Schwalm helped lead the Mustangs to the 2007-08 RMAC regular season title and the 2007-08 RMAC tournament title.  Mesa State College, which finished second behind WNMU in the regular season standings and the league championship meet, was highlighted by head coach Butch Miller being voted this year's RMAC Coach of the Year.

For the first time in RMAC golf history, the all-conference teams were selected by using a report generated from Golfstat.  The Golfstat report includes national ratings of individual players, head to head competition throughout the season and the average score throughout the season.
