Colorado Mines, Calhoun Headline 2009 NFF All-Colorado Team Colorado Mines Adam Saur and Marc Schiechl were named the National Football Foundation-Colorado Chapter (NFFCC) Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year, while Adams States freshman David Van Voris was voted the Special Teams Player of the Year. United States Air Force Academy head coach Troy Calhoun has been selected the NFFCC Coach of the Year.
2010 RMAC Hall of Fame Class Announced Shane Carwin, Jack Cotton, Marv Kay, Amy Giblin, Regina Rhodes and Tonya Stites have been elected to the 2010 RMAC Hall of Fame, along with the 1954 Western State football and 1980 Adams State wrestling teams.
UNK's Hiett Shares Super Region 3 Gene Upshaw Award Honors Seniors, Jared Veldheer (Hillsdale College) and Jack Hiett (University of Nebraska at
Kearney) will share the top honors as the representatives of Super Region 3 for The Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman
of the Year Award presented by the Manheim Touchdown Club.
